Master of Asset Appraisal and Management Program, widely known as Master of Asset Valuation (MV), was approved in 2010 and started in 2011. This program is a 2-year full-time program, which aims to meet the increasing demand of asset valuation in asset management, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment banking. Students are cultivated for the asset valuation industry and asset management agencies. All students are required to master professional knowledge and specialized skills to engage in valuation business. They will be senior professionals with strong ability to solve practical problems. Career prospects of MV are very optimistic. Based on the professional training objective, credit system and double-tutor system are carried out. All the curriculums are linked with the Licensing Examination. There are 6 on-campus tutors and 8 professional off-campus tutors, with 4 practice bases set up.
