Master of Applied Statistics (MAS) Program was approved in 2010 and started to recruit the applicants in 2011. This program is a 2-year full-time program, which aims to cultivate the high-level application-oriented expertise with comprehensive quality of economics, reasonable knowledge structure and innovation, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, specifically including the statistics with basic skills in data collection, collation, analysis, forecasting and application in different areas. The research direction is the applied economic statistics.
