Principal Educational and Working Experiences:
She graduated from Mechanics and Electricity Department of Shandong Light Industry Institute, majored in Mechanics Design, and acquired BA of Engineering. In 2004, she graduated from Beijing Broadcast Institute and acquired TV Journalism MA.
She received her PhD in July, 2013. Her doctoral dissertation is Multidimensional Image Eyeshot: From Visual Perception Angle to Investigate the Difference of Digital Media Terminal.
She has much experience of TV media job. She has hosted TV programs in Jinan TV Station for several years, meanwhile served as a program director. She participated in planning column revision, arrangement of TV program, audience survey, and etc.
She entered Beijing Technology and Business University to be a professional teacher in July, 2004. She continuously analyzes and summarizes rules and characteristics of TV Journalism during her course of teaching, and continuously explores the new teaching methods favored by the students. She has introduced practice steps in course teaching from 2006, and guided students to plan, gather, and edit TV programs by themselves. Such method has improved teaching effects enormously.

Research Subject:
From July 2014 to July 2016, she has worked for the research subject- the Re-editing of Classic Movie for New Media. She has led the research team to re-edit 100 Chinese classic movies and implant computer programs to them in order to fit better the communication of new media.
Scholarships and prizes:
She won a bronze medal at the Forth Xiaxin Cup TV Program Host Competition of CCTV in 2003.
She won the second prize and the best teaching demonstration prize in the Third Term of Young Teachers Fundamental Teaching Ability Competition of Beijing Technology and Business University in 2006.
She won the first prize in Multimedia Teaching Competition of Beijing Technology and Business University in 2006.
In the course of creating the documentary My Future is not a Dream，She served as one of the major participants . This documentary won the second prize in the key of life ---the Chinese Family Documentary Week which was held by Chinese Broadcasting and Television Association in sep,2010.
