Delegation from University of Windsor Visits BTBU
On June 1, Chris Busch, Vice President of the University of Windsor, Canada, led a delegation to visit BTBU. Guo Jianhua, President of BTBU, met with the delegation. Mao Xinshu, Vice President of BTBU, accompanied the meeting and presided over relevant working meetings and exchange activities.

In the morning, the two sides held a working meeting at the Fucheng Road Campus. Prof. Mao extended a warm welcome to the delegation and provided a detailed overview of BTBU’s international education characteristics and its development plans for Sino-foreign cooperative education. Chris Busch expressed his gratitude for the warm reception. He noted that the similarities between the two universities laid a solid foundation for sustained cooperation.

In the afternoon, Prof. Guo met with the delegation at the Liangxiang Campus. Both sides expressed their shared desire to promote substantive cooperation between the two universities as soon as possible and to elevate their partnership to a new level. Prof. Mao presided over a working meeting on cooperative program specifics at the Liangxiang Campus. The two sides engaged in practical and in-depth discussions on the specific directions of cooperative programs, curriculum alignment, and academic program design.

The delegation also visited the library, the School of Computer and Artificial Intelligence and other sites in BTBU, which enhanced their understanding of BTBU’s teaching environment, smart teaching facilities and so on.
