Research and Professional Experience:

I am Professor and Master Supervisor, in Finance Department of School of Economics, Beijing Technology and Business Uiversity (BTBU), China. I received PhD degree in the year of 1996. Currently I am the expert of securities and futures commission of China. I research focuses on capital market and venture capital investment. I have published extensively papers on topics related to venture capital investment. I am the leading researcher in Beijing of the Projects of “Construction of a multi-level capital market”. I am one of the designers of venture capital Stree in Zhongguancun .
