Ge Hongling

Ge Hongling

Research and Professional Experience:

Ge Hongling is a Professor and Master Supervisor in Finance at School of Economics, Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU), China. She received her PhD degree from Renmin University of China in the year of 2011. Currently she is the director of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce and she is also the executive director of National Real Estate Manager Alliance. Her research focuses on Capital Market and Real Estate Finance etc. She has published extensively on topics related to Real Estate Finance and Investment. She was the leading researcher of the Projects of “Research on the Financial System Reconstruction of Steady Development of Real Estate Market”, “Research on the Investment and Financing of Beijing 's Safeguard Housing from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory” and the collaborator of the Projects of “Research on Investment and Financing of Regional Industrial Structure Adjustment”.
