In the morning of August 3^rd, "Five-star Enterprise Financial Management Talents and Senior Director High-level Seminar", co-organized by Education and Training Center of Beijing Technology and Business University and China Enterprise Financial Management Association, was held in our university.President Li Yongyan and Deputy Secretary – General Hu Fang of China Enterprise Financial Management Association, Vice President Xie Zhihua and Vice President Fang Deying of BTBU and more than 50 well-known corporate finance directors and chief accountants from more than 10 provinces and cities all over the country attended the opening ceremony.

The opening ceremony was held by Vice President Fang Deying. He expressed his hearty welcome to the participants and thanked China Financial Management Association for their trust in our university. He also said that BTBU would exploit the advantages to the full to provide learning and living support for the seminar and finally wished the success of the seminar. President Li Yongyan introduced the background of the association and the significance of the seminar and expressed encourage to everyone from the perspective of national macro-policy guidance. Vice President Xie Zhihua explained from the professional point of view the importance of financial management in enterprise management, and the significance of the training to the career development of CFO. Hopefully, through this training, all the trainees could enhance their ability of strategic planning, capital operation, financial control, tax planning and other aspects.

This seminar was the first seminar of the series to hold in Beijing and it fit well to the focus of our university of the idea of expanding the development of high-end training and also exploited the advantages of accounting discipline to the full of our university. The preparation and implementation of the seminar was strongly supported by the Business School and other departments of our university, which laid a good foundation for further training.
