President Tan Xiangyong received a delegation of 13 presidents from Belorussian universities in the afternoon, May 10, accompanied by Vice President Li Chaoxian and Hu Wenliang. The meeting was hosted by Vice President Li Chaoxian.
On behalf of the university, President Tan extended his welcome to the delegation and expressed his expectations to expand contacts and cooperation with the leading colleges and universities in Belorussia in academic and scientific research.
Пантелеенко Федор Иванович, head of Belorussian delegation and first vice president of Belorussian National University of Technology, appreciated President Tan’s gracious reception and fully endorsed President Tan’s cooperation suggestions. He hoped that the cooperation would promote mutual development through further exchanges.
The delegation visited the campus and facilities such as the Practice Centre of Arts, the Exhibition Hall of BTBU History, Library, Central Control Room of the main teaching building and the Stadium.
