Sun Baoguo, BTBU Vice President and professor of School of Food Science and Chemical Engineering, accepted the invitation and presented in the Asia Aroma Ingredients Congress & Expo (AAIC) in Bali, Indonesia from 13 to 17 May. Professor Sun delivered a keynote speech which won thunderous applause from representatives at this conference. AAIC takes place every two years, hosted by Asian counties in turn. Companies in flavor and fragrance industry from China, India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka are major participants of AAIC.
