According to the arrangement of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), a delegation of 17 members led by Mr. Rajanayake Gamini Bandara, Minister for financial department of China Friendship Association of Sri Lanka, visited BTBU on April 19. BTBU Vice President Li Chaoxian received the delegation on Fucheng campus.

Vice President Li Chaoxian expressed his warm welcome to the student delegation. After the introduction by each side, Vice President Li Chaoxian said he wished more Sri Lanka students could come to BTBU to study in the future to promote the bilateral cooperation in education area between China and the Belt and Road countries and enhance the friendship among the young people between China and Sri Lanka.

Ms. Zhang Liang, a teacher from School of economics, gave a lecture on “The Belt and Road "and communicated with students on relevant issues.

Staff members of China Friendship Association of Sri Lanka and CPAFFC attended the meeting.
