The delegation of Victoria University of Wellington (VUW) led by Ms. Fiona Mann, Senior Coordinator, International Programs & Business Development of VUW, visited BTBU in the afternoon of April 15, 2016. Prof. Sun Baoguo, president of BTBU, met the delegation in the Fucheng Campus of BTBU.
President Sun expressed the warm welcome to Ms. Fiona Mann’s visiting BTBU. He introduced the general information of the university, emphasized the focus and direction of the development of the university in the future. President Sun hoped that VUW and BTBU would develop more substantial cooperation programs in the area of student and staff visiting and scientific research through the platform of international exchange and cooperation between two universities. He also expected that the cooperation between VUW and BTBU will have broader prospects for the development in the future.
Ms. Fiona Mann expressed her thanks for President Sun’s warm reception. She said VUW is committed to develop the programs and the contents of the cooperation in the area of the dominant disciplines of two universities, and she believed that two universities will have more and deeper exchange and cooperation in all dimensions.
Before the meeting, Ms. Fiona Mann and BTBU International Office discussed the details and the information of the programs in the area of credit recognition, staff exchange and scientific cooperation research.
