As part of the BTBU 2016 International Week activities, Prof. Liu Chang, Director of Operation Management and Information System of Northern Illinois University, was invited to give BTBU students a lecture entitled "The Road to Success: The Qualifications of International Talents" on 22nd March.
Prof. Liu Chang shared with BTBU students his working and overseas study experiences after graduating from BTBU and also talked about his viewpoints in the academic aspects from his own life experience. He suggested that students should keep an open mind, and actively participate in various activities in university. Besides, he also suggested that students should not only learn professional knowledge, but also constantly develop and improve leadership abilities, communicative competence, and teamwork spirits in their university.
