Dr. Hao is an assistant professor of law at Beijing Technology and Business University. Her teaching subjects include: Economic Law, Law of Enterprises, Financial Regulation, Tax Law, Introduction to Common Law, etc. Her research interest further extends to transnational law and governance as they relate to enterprises. Dr. Hao holds LL.B. and LL.M. from China University of Political Science and Law, and a PhD in Law from University of British Columbia.
