There are 8 full-time teachers in the International Law Faculty.More than 7 of them have doctorates, and four are associate professors.

There are two research centers underthe International Law Faculty:Overseas Interests Protection Research Center and Financial Products Legal Research Center.

OurInternational Law Faculty is keeping a long-term cooperation with China reform and opening-up BBS, focusing their attention on the legal issues concerning the protection of overseas interests in the process of One Belt One Road. The faculty is cooperating with both Finance Research Institute in ChineseAcademy of Social Sciences and Finance Institute of the State Council Development Research Center, studying the topics in financial technology and financial holding companies.

RESEARCH DIRECTION

1.       RESEARCH ON INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL LAW

The topics of main research are theory, history, the process of development, and institution in International Financial Law, the contents in International Financial Regulation Law, international currency and internationalization of RMB, the issues in the process of financing abroad and M&A.

The characteristics of research on International Financial Law are combining theory with practice, taking bilingual education, developing the training of practical skills.

2.       RESEARCH ON INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT LAW

We mainly study the historical development trends, the principles and regulatory measures of the International Investment Law, and main contents in the Chinese Foreign Investment Law.

The characteristics of research on International Investment Law are combining theory with practice, taking bilingual education, developing the training of practical skills.

3.       RESEARCH ON INTERNATIONAL TRADE LAW

Major in the vital system in International Trade Law, including but not limited to the WTO Law, International Trade Law of Goods, the Maritime Law.
